Q. What kind of in-kind donations do you accept?
We welcome both personal (min. for 20 pax) and bulk (above 200 pax) donations! Here are some suggested items from the wishlists of our migrant friends:
Q. I have some clothes to donate. Do you accept them?
Thank you for the kind thought. Unfortunately, we’re not accepting clothing items due to hygiene reasons.
Q. I have 5,000 masks available for donation and I’m open to splitting them amongst different dormitories. How do I indicate that on my donations?
This is awesome for us and as a default, we assume that donors are comfortable with splitting their donations. You only have to contact us separately if you have concerns about splitting your donated items.
Q. Do I have to arrange for delivery to send the donated items?
Yes, you may choose to do so. Kindly make an indication on the form if you would like to make the arrangement and sponsor the delivery of the items. Otherwise, let us know and we can work out a delivery arrangement.
Q. I am a dorm operator. Can I request different quantities of each item?
Of course! No request is too big or too small. Tell us how many you need and we will try our best to accommodate.
Q. How about cash donations? Can I use the online form too to make an offer?
Majulah Belanja takes in various offers (i.e. time, skills, food, supplies) — all except cash. For cash donations, kindly support us via our other platform, Ray of Hope: https://bit.ly/C19MSC
